The summertime's a great time for music lovers - and one of the nicest parts is the free concerts! An annual event in downtown San Jose is Music in the Park, a series of free concerts in Cesar Chavez Park on Thursday evenings. The 2001 lineup comprises Greg Kihn, The Calling, Sonia Dada, Toots and the Maytals, Jules Broussard, Super Diamond, Dave Meniketti, Pete Yorn and Pete Escovedo.
